Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and toss them in a bowl with the flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer and cook without stirring until browned.
  • Once the first side is brown, flip the chicken and cook until the second side is browned and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Push the cooked chicken to one side and add the butter and minced garlic to the other side of the skillet. Allow the butter to melt and combine with the garlic.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken and mix everything gently to combine.

Notes

For best results, cut chicken uniformly, allow it to rest after cooking, and adjust herbs to personal taste. A splash of lemon juice can enhance flavors.
