Preparation

Cooking Chicken

  • Add ground chicken and break it up with a spatula.
  • Cook while stirring frequently until fully cooked and no longer pink.
  • Drain any excess fat or liquid from the skillet.

Making Sauce

  • Season chicken with kosher salt and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, and chicken broth.

Simmering

  • Continue to simmer until sauce thickens.
