Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the minced garlic, dried parsley, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are fully blended into a savory garlic butter mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, spaced out evenly.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated thoroughly.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, then remove the foil to allow the tops to crisp up. Return to the oven and bake until cooked through, about an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Squeeze lemon juice over the top if desired.
