Preparation

  • Add the ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks until fully cooked through.

Cooking

  • Sprinkle in the kosher salt and black pepper, then add the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and mix well, allowing it to simmer for a short while.
  • Add the cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce, stirring until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Drizzle in the toasted sesame oil and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serving
